VII. AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND

  • Force Majeure: BookEcke will not be responsible for any cessation, interruption, or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and BookEcke, superseding any prior agreements.
  • Governing Law; Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Thane, Maharashtra, India.
  • Statute of Limitation: Any claim arising from this Agreement must be filed within 60 days of the claim or cause of action.
  • Termination: BookEcke may terminate your access to the Website if it believes you have breached this Agreement.
  • Domestic Use: BookEcke makes no representation that the Website or Products are appropriate or available for use outside India.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights and obligations under this Agreement without BookEcke’s prior written consent.
  • This Agreement will remain in effect unless terminated by BookEcke.
